Python simulation of particle diffusion

Visualization of the 2D diffusion of blue beads, within a bath of grey particles playing the role of solvent. Note that the pressure is initially homogeneous, since the number of blue particles added at the bottom is exactly compensated by the same number of grey particles added in the upper half to not add a pressure unbalance. This typically models the diffusion of molecules of blue dye within liquid water.
